What is Twiddle's Shipping Policy?

Twiddle Box offers shipping across the globe aiming for delivery within 5-10 working days. Items are usually sent from the UK, although some items are sent directly from the supplier depending on our stock levels. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery in remote locations due to potential unforeseen delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I Return or Exchange an Item?

Yes, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Note that personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange along with products that are hygene related.
